Simon has a wealth of international business and management experience from a career that spans over 20 years with technology based companies. Much of his experience is in the mobile communications industry and he was VP of Global Marketing at Symbian and more recently, managing director for Europe and Chief Marketing Officer at CarrierIQ, the leading provider of service intelligence solutions to mobile carriers. Simon has a PhD from Cambridge University and is also a Chartered Engineer, Marketer and Director.

Kathleen brings over 18 years of experience in mobile to Cellcrypt. Previously VP of Sales at PalmSource, VP of Sales and Marketing at PacketVideo and Head of Business Development at Carrier IQ, Kathleen brings a depth of commercial experience to the company's US operations, particularly as relates to mobile communications operators, handset manufacturers, and embedded software providers. Kathleen holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Paul has spearheaded information security products for 15 years. He managed all product lines at cryptography security provider nCipher and was an active members in the Jericho Forum and the Trusted Computer Group. Paul has led research teams in wireless security and has a Ph.D and a first-class degree in science from Cambridge University.

Raph has 26 years of software and electronic product development experience in commercial environments including 3Com, Avaya, Fujifilm and, most recently, a London based technology start-up. He has particular expertise in data and telecommunications and safety critical software design. His past achievements include the invention of a fully resilient data routing technology.

Ian has 20 years experience in high-tech marketing including the last 5 years as head of marketing at early-stage mobile software ISVs. Previous to that, Ian held senior marketing and product marketing roles including 5 years at Sun Microsystems. He has a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from Bristol University, UK.

David holds two bachelors degrees, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Solicitor in 1997. He began his career at KPMG, and brings 15 years of commercial experience to Cellcrypt. David previously lead the finance function at Bulldog Communications from inception to eventual sale to Cable and Wireless. Following this he was responsible for the C&W Access £80m nationwide network expansion program, as the Head of Network Build and Capacity Planning.
